provide women with a safe, nurturing and empowering community space where mental wellbeing, self-care, healing and growth are not just encouraged but celebrated.

Dee Allen
Dee is a qualified Integrative Counsellor and Applied Positive Psychology Coach. She has an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, a Postgraduate Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Coaching, an MSc in Screenwriting and a BA (Hons) in Film and Video Production. She is committed to supporting individuals improve and maintain their mental wellbeing through evidence-based, accessible interventions. Outside of work, Dee enjoys travelling and is working towards her psychology PhD.


Simone Wilson
Simone has over eighteen years' experience in education and over ten years specialising in safeguarding. She has a BA (Hons) in History and Sociology and an MSc in Psychology. She is currently studying Counselling. She is driven by a genuine interest in understanding people, promoting positive mental health and creating environments where individuals can discover practical, sustainable ways to flourish in every aspect of their lives.
Outside of work, Simone has a passion for fitness and martial arts; she believes that movement is a powerful tool for both physical and mental wellbeing. She has recently taken up Taekwondo because she loves the discipline, challenge and confidence it brings.

Natasha Carr
Natasha has over 10 years' experience working in housing, property management, and compliance, where she developed her management and problem-resolution skills in supporting people through complex situations. She has a BA (Hons) in Youth Studies and is currently studying counselling. Being able to empower people with the right support and knowledge to make everyday life feel a little lighter motivates her.
Outside of work, Natasha enjoys keeping active and has recently started learning to swim.

Karen Panich
Karen has a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, a Postgraduate Certificate in Mental Health and Wellbeing in Education and a Postgraduate Certificate in Professional Studies in Education, with a focus on literacy difficulties. She is also a British Dyslexia Association Accredited Workplace Needs Assessor (AWNA).
As a Neurodiversity Consultant, Karen has spent much of her career working alongside neurodivergent adults, helping people make sense of their individual strengths, challenges and ways of working. Her extensive background spans both higher education and the workplace, including workplace needs assessment, neurodiversity coaching, business grant support, alongside specialist study skills tutoring and mentoring. Karen particularly enjoys working collaboratively with people to find practical strategies that genuinely fit their lives, rather than expecting them to fit a particular way of doing things.
Karen is currently undertaking counselling training and is particularly interested in how neurodivergence intersects with emotional wellbeing, identity and life experiences such as addiction. Her approach is warm, curious and non-judgemental, with an emphasis on helping people feel understood and able to move forward in a way that works for them.
